Not satisfied with your car’s factory sound? Our technicians can run a systems test called OEM integration, which diagnoses your vehicle’s factory audio and allows our guys to make informed decisions on how to improve it. The process begins by using an RTA, or real time analyzer, to pinpoint the peaks and valleys of your car’s audio. With the data generated from the RTA, we can decide whether you need an amplifier, new speakers, a subwoofer, etc. We can add any and all of these features to your factory head unit. Next, we run that sound through a processor, which takes the output of your head unit and flatlines it, just like you were purchasing an aftermarket radio off the shelf. It’s then fed into an amplifier, which is where we make our sound and volume adjustments. We use that processor to adjust all of your frequencies to fit what your car wants to produce and what your ears want to hear. Calibrating the vehicle is the same process; we often spend hours tuning a car to perfect its sound. This EOM process is great for the consumer because you get to maintain all of the aspects of your factory head unit that you love; your navigation, bluetooth, GPS, and any other pre-existing applications. It’s integrated so that it still looks exactly like your factory unit, but with a sound that’s superior to what the factory could ever offer you. This process can be applied to any vehicle, from a ‘75 Caprice to a 2017 Rolls Royce. We’ve performed this service on thousands of vehicles, and we know how to get the very best out of your sound system.

At Dreamworks, we know how important your car’s audio is. Whether you’re on a long road trip, trying to drown out the noise of a car full of children, or simply having a bad day and need some alone time, your sound system is crucial to an enjoyable ride. If you’re not satisfied with your car’s sound, come to Dreamworks and let us show you what your ears have been missing!
